Rungs run top to bottom once per scan. Inputs are tags the logic never writes: click a 0/1 to flip it or type a value. Changing a tag the logic writes forces it (🔒) until released. Timers advance by the scan time. Click a tag name on the diagram to toggle that bit. This is a logic simulation, not a PLC emulator.
